FIRE DISASTER
NINE BURNED TO DEATH. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). (Received this J"” n a.m.) VANCOUVER, Feb. 2. News from Richmond, Virginia, states nine, all of one family, were burned to death at the nearby town of Biukhannon. when a tire destroyed the home of Peter Fines, a miner. Tlie victims included five children. Troy Gibson, husband of one of the victims, alone escaped, badly burned. It is stated a can of powder caused the blaze.
