Britain will carry out the arrangements and take everybody by aeroplane to Peshawar. Foreigners first, and then momliers of the Legation, with Humphreys, who will lie the last Englishman to leave, according to tradition in such cases. It is understood, however, that the Legation' thus .far, is not threatened.
