While at present he has recognised the Government of Afghanistan, and fighting has ceased everywhere e.vcpi Jagdalak, between Kabul and Jalalabad. where’looting is proceeding, King Amaiiullah has enlisted strong support at Kamlaha. and Sbimvaris and other tribesmen are marching towards Kabul. Others like Mnngals, Durrnnis and Cfliilpais may follow their example, hut the fate of the kingdom lies in the hands rtf the Ghilzais. the most numerous and strongest tribe. If they decide to support King Amanullnh, Bacchasakao will soon he deposed. The murder of Baceliasakao is officially denied.
