STRANDED ZINGARA
HOPE OF REFLOATING TO-NIGHT. * Captain McArthur advised this morning that to-night, between 3 ami 9 o'clock, an attempt will bo made to haul-the Zingara out to sea, and then round the south wall into the river. If this is successful, the assistance of citizens will be welcomed in helping to pull the ship up the river from the north wall.
