Foch received telegrams in which Queen Alary in 'the friendliest of language, expresses hopes for bis recovery, and says if the King were well enough he would have telegraphed personally. The Queen’s message is very highly appreciated in France. Alarshal Foch’s doctors, state in war time language: “The enemy had a slight repulse along the whole line.” The “Daily Express’s” Paris correspondent states there is much anxiety despite the reassuring bulletin. .Marshal Focli a fervent Catholic, asked to see a priest, and the latter paid a short visit, but refused a statement.
