RUSSIAN MONARCHY. (United Press Association— Hy Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, Jan. Jo. A British United Press message from Paris states a meeting, in the most profound secrecy, took place of the Supreme Russia Monarchist Council. It chose Prince Nikita, son of the Grand Duke Alexander as the “legitimate Emperor of all the Russians.” Tt passed over the claims ol hull a dozen and ichose Nikita lor his aptiFtude, and appearing to have the hearing of a Monarch. Nikita and his father are both in the United States; the former is aged 22 and was educated at Oxford. He is married, and earns bis living at an office in New York.
