EINSTEIN’S CONCLUSIONS. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) BERLIN. Jan. 13. Einstein handed the Prussian Academy of Science a manuscript, the contents of which it is stated are more important than the first paper on the Relativity Theme. The new theme is a reconciliation of the Laws of Mechanics with the Laws of Electro Dynamics. Einstein has spent ten years arriving at the conclusion which lie presents upon only live typewritten sheets. The Academy will shortly publish the work. GERMAN BUDGET. (Received this day at 11.25. a.m.) BERLIN, Jan. 13. The Budget foreshadows drastically increased taxation for 1929-30, income tax liquor, excise and death duties lieink heightened in order to cover the reparations demand. For the first normal working year of the Dawes Plan, the “Vossische Zeitung" says thirty-five millions sterling additional revenue must he squeezed out of the taxpayers. Economies in traffic and Reieh.swehr administration mav reduce his to twenty millions.
