TO LAUNCH A WEEKLY PAPER, (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON, January 4. Newspapers, including the “Daily Telegraph,” “Daily Express” are protesting on grounds of unfair competition against the British Broadcasting Company’s proposal to use State funds to launch shortly a- literary weekly at two pence, followed by a series of educational books, virtually building up a publishing business.
