BUSH FIRES
ENORMOUS DAMAGE. A TWENTY MILE FRONT. (Australian Press Association) (United Service.) (Received this day at 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, January 4. At Barallier a great hush fire is raging in the district, and is . now completely out of control. Yesterday Cooling station was burnt bare, the homestead, shearing shed and valuable plant being destroyed. The damage amounts to . many thousands. The fire is now advancing slowly to the uninhabited hills with a twenty miles front.
