LAST YEAR’S RECORD. [By Telegraph, Per Press Association. 1 WELLINGTON, January 4Last ycat was a wet one in Wellington but the amount of sunshine was also larger than usual. 'Fho total fall for. the year was 55.22 inches, August and December being the rainiest months. The ilall is the heaviest for 2() years and nearly 12 inches more than 192-1. The total sunshine notwithstanding the rain was 98.8 hours above the average.
