The Afghan Legation at London says the main trouble with the natives concerning new taxes has nothing Lo do with King Amaniillali’s reform policy. It is untrue that the King is taking refuge. as he is now residing at the Balace.

Official telegrams state Europeans are sale and the government is in lull control of the situation.
