AU All UK A STOCK SALE. The usual Fortnightly stock sale at the above yards was held yesterday and took the place of the ’Xmas sale. There was a. good attendance of buyers and prices were (inner than those ol the last fixture notwithstanding mia-summer conditions. There was spirited competition For suet cattle. Prime cows made to LT-1. Good runners sold well, making to i\S Ids. Mesrs AY. Jeffries and Co’s entry comprised 20 lambs, 7 pigs, and 111 fat and store cattle. The following sales were recorded:— For W. Berry, 20 lambs at 275. For Harris Bros., 7 weaner pigs at Ids. For F. Amberger, 1 cow at Oil. 1 at £9, 1 runner at Cd 12s fid. Fur W. Graham, 1 steer at 011 12s (id. 2 cows at 09 17s (id, 3 at 09, 2 bullocks at .01-1. For L. Ditely 1 heiler at 07 2s (id, cow at 0(1 ds. For R. Wilson I vealer at 02. For I). Bradley, 3 cows and 1 liefier at 05. For W. Alii Is, i runner at .01. For W. Olderog 1 bullock at £lO, 1 runner at 08 Ids, 1 vealer at £3 17s (id, 35 two and threeyear steers at £9 18s (id, 10 empty cows at £5 10s, 7 two-year steers at £7 2s, 4 yearling steers at 05 (is, 7 yearling heifers at 03 Ids, 1 dry cow at £3 10s.
