The indications are for northerly winds moderate to strong, freshening to gale at times and backing by west to south after about 21 hours. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled, rain probable, weather warm hut becoming colder after about 24 hours. Barometer unsteady but rising slowlv. Seas rough, tides good.
