In our advertising columns yesterday a notice appeared on behalf ot the Westland Hospital Board calling for applications for a wardsman for Westland Hospital at a salary of £l3O. The death look place* at the Grey River Hospital this morning of Mrs Catherine Cooper, wile ol Air John Kraneis Cooper. Deceased was 48 years /
of ago, and leaves a family of four children. She was a daughter of the late Ah* John Muir of Ross. To the bereaved husband and family the sympathy of the community is extended in the sad loss. The funeral takes place to-morrow afternoon at 2.30 o’clock at the Groymouth Cemetery.
