Air Hoover’s goodwill South American tour will he followed by a similar visit of American sea forces. The Navy Department announces that battleships. destroyers, cruisers and submarines will he detached for a South American cruise from tho combined Atlantic and Pacific fleets, which will mass in Pacific waters from January until June, to test the defences of the Panama Canal, in tile greatest concentration of United States soa forces since ttie Panama manoeuvres live vents a go.
