It is pointed out that over a million Italians are at present in France, including a great number of refugees from Fascist regime. A strong guard lias been placed as a precautionary measure outside tbe Italian Embassy Consulate. Press comments are restrained and express ttlic hope that AKissolini, with a gesture will calm his countrymen. The “Intransigianl” admits that tlui French jury system needs overhauling.'
