The Federal Cabinet lias set up a Film Censorship Hoard comprising E. O’Reilly, at present acting censor", Col. L. Hurley. Mrs Eleanor Glencross (President of the Housewives’ Assn, and National Council of Women, Victoria).
There will he an Appeal Board comprising Professor Wallace (Sydney University), E. Black and Mrs M. Liddell.
WATERSIDEBS FINED. SYDNEY, Nov. 30. Fines ranging from £lO to £2O were imposed on a dozen watersiders concerned in the strike riot at the Newcastle wharves on Oct. 16th. The judge said if the unionists would not work others must be found to do it. It was a pity there was not someone in authority in the union to prevent trouble. Hen were fools and acted like wild beasts. SYDNEY, Nov. 30. A conference of Bishops and Laity of the Anglican Church so far failed to agree on the new constitution, for the Church in Australia believed in the same principles as those which divided the clergy in England on the Prayer Book question at issue.
MOTH AEROPLANE WRECKED. MELBOURNE, Nov. 30. A Moth aeroplane was wrecked when making a forced landing at North Essenden. Two Aero Club members, Alanfold and Gardiner, were injured.
