The British reply to Berlin, on the subject of reparations, has hoen communicated to Paris, Pome, and Brussels. It is understood to be the work of Mr Winston Churchill, at the Treasury. and not the Foreign Office. It contains brief answers to the five points raised in the German memorandum.
