“The TiniesV’ .Madrid correspondent slates that hero has been a consderable loss of life among the fishing fleets during the week-end. A trawler saved the crew of twenty-seven, of the steamer Artameiidi, near Bilbao.
‘The Times’s” Berlin correspondent states that the northern harbours are crowded with sheltering shipping. The dykes protecting Schleswig Holstein broke in many places, owing to heavy seas.
