The “ Manchester Guardian’s ” Belgrade correspondent reports that a message from Sofia states that a Regular Army is marching in the Potritcli District to prevent Mihniloff going to Sofia to hostile .Ministers. Bulgarian refugees believe that the Government is unable to deal with Mihailoff, and is merely moving troops to cover the continued assassinations of Protogerotf’s followers, and that the message has been sent to convince the world that the action taken is to suppress the Comitadji.
