Acting on the recommendation ol the Minister of Education, the British Columbia Government has dismissed the entire school hoard at Nixon, following the death of Miss Mabel Jones, the teacher. 'I lie t oroner’s jury returned a verdict ol suicide, the girl having been driven insane through unjustified criticism b\ the trustees.
Inspector Hay reported the young girl was subjected to constant interference though efficient and was driven to desperation.
