Ilalizard; Colonial Secretary, Mr Arthur Barnes; Ministers without portfolios; Sir Win. Conker, Mi* T. Cock. Dr A. Campbell, Mr P. J. Lewis, Dr Harris, Mr M. Mossdell, and Mr F. G. Bradley. Departmental officials not in the Executive Council will be Minister of Fisheries, Mr Clyde Lake: Minister of Public Works, Mr Richard Hibbs; Minister of Agriculture and Minister of Mines, Mr Joseph Downey. FLOOD DISASTER. IN UNITED STATES. NEIV YORK, Nov. 19. A message from Kansas City states that floods have occurred during the week-end in the Stnte of Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. They have claimed at least nine lives. The damage is estimated at millions of dollars. Torrential rain rendered the plight of hundreds of refugees pitiable.
