Men succeed in proportion to the reality of their vision and the strength olf their purpose. All the great leaders have clung to their course through incredible dilliculties and obstacles, unmindful whether the goal was in sight or in blankest obscurity. They moved ever lorward to their goal as did Columbus, when, even in the face of mutiny and threats, he persisted .in going on with bis search for a. New World, and when lie wrote daily in bis log-book: “This day wo sailed west, because it was our course.” This way lay bis goal, and only deatli could daunt bis purpose or deviate bis course. Columbus reached bis goal; and so will you, if you have one— plus a | purpose ! j
