THE FINAL RALLIES
(Received this dav at 10.30. a.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. 17.
The final rallies of the Federal electimia took place hist night, the party leaders putting forward appeals to the electors.
Mr Rnice and Air Scullin Wve com pleted strenuous campaigning, the former having traversed five States in six weeks. He spent yesterday in ho own electorate. Flinders, and attended the funeral of Sir Walter Manifold in the morning. He then visited and addressed the electors in seven ton ns. The weather is dull to-day in Sidney, but the morning forecast is for fine weather.
