The Government has now received separate replies from British, French, Belgian and Italian Covernments to a proposal to convene a commission to determine the final reparation settlement. The British and French replies indicate acceptance ol Gorpiany's standpoint that the commission should he composed of independent experts, in continual touch with their respective States.
