remove the harriers raised hy M. Bratianu against the introduction of foreign capital. . . . The ‘•'Daily Telegraph’s” diplomatic correspondent hopes the removal will result in an extension of the oilfields ;, s well as banking and railways, pointing out that Uoumania is .so rich in natural resources, that an influx of foreign capital is likely to he fairly rapid.
