A fire at two o’clock this morning completely destroyed an eight loomed wooden boardinghouse owned and occupied by James Anderson. A boarder woke to find the fire well advanced, and though the Brigade promptly arrived. a strong wind made a save impossible. The outbreak originated in the sitting room where a fire had been lit in the evening. A good deal ol luijiitiire was not covered by the insurances. HOTEL BUll XT. THAMES. Nov. G. A fire at one o’clock this morning considerably damaged file Queen’s Hotel, owned by Campbell Elmmfried, and occupied by Frank Crahb. The alarm 'was raised by a constable who saw smoke issuing from the rear of the building. The Brigade was promptly on the scene, hut the flames sustained a good hold and caused considerable damage to the kitchen and three bedrooms.
