WOMAN MURDERED

MELBOURNE, Oct. 31
Mr Margaret Searon. housekeeper for lier brother-in-law, .Joseph Livingstone, aged 66. was found dead at her home at Frankston. a seaside resort, to-day. with severe gashes in the neck. The (body was found lace downwards in the back yard. Livingstone, who is an estate agent, was then discovered in .a front room with his throat cut. but he was able to speak. He told the police that he intended suicide, but he had changed his mind. He was arrested and charged with muidei.
