At the Magistrate’s Court, Greymouth yesterday, Daisy China proceeded against Thomas Caleb Chinn, of Hokitika, sawmiller, for failure to provide with reasonable maintenance, 'and an order for separation, guardianship of three children under the age of sixteen years, and past maintenance. The Magistrate made an order for (1) separation, (2) guardianship, (3) maintenance of children 15s per week each to be paid every four weeks, the first payment to be made on 28th. Nov. next; (4) payment of £22 10s arrears, and (5) £3 3s solicitors’ fee.
