WAIROA, October 30,
Mr H. E. Holland (Leader of the Opposition) addressed one of the largest political meetings ever field at Wuiroa, receiving a most enthusiastic reception. His speech was vigorous, lighting,, and frequently punctuated with applause. He followed closely on the lines of his New Plymouth address, giving a clear indication of the Labour Party’s views. He received a unanimous vote of thanks.' ;
