FASCI.SM ANNIVERSARY
(United Press Association —By ElectricTelegraph—Copyright).
ROME, Oct. 28
The sixth anniversary of Fascism was conspicuous by the absence of flag waving and speechifying. Mussolini sent a message: “Deeds not 'words, lienee 2902 public: works destined to remain for centuries as a token of faith, strength an dlabour are being inaugurated. They comprise 566 road works, 337 schools, 299 hydraulic works, 65 land schemes, 63 harbour works, 69 sanitary works, 371 public buildings and 860 other undertakings. Simple figures give the lie to false' reports of Italy’s progress whether at home or abroad. Behind these works lie the brawn and sinews of Italy, and the money, life and well being of Fascists. The Italy we wish to see, hard working, silent, tenacious, is arising. Let us salute her, raising our flags and weapons with the ergo which will always cause our enemies, whatever their colour or party, to tremble, the cry—“To Us!”
