U.S.A. CLAIMANTS

Fifteen persons claiming to he the heirs-at-law of George Engles, a New Zealand man, who died ip May, have filed a petition to revoke tf-e probate of the will, by which .Engles left his million dollar New Zealand estate to Andrew erray, of Auckland. n AUCKLAND, Oct. 24. "With reference to the Frisco cablegram, Mr Engles-was formerly a resident of Palmerston North district, apd retired to San Francisco, where he djed last May, at the age of 87. Mr Anrew Gray, of Grand View Road, liemuera, who is the beneficiary named in liis will, is an old friend of Engles. He has ali-eady visited San Francisco as executor of the will, and states the estimate of a milion dollars which was originated by one of the San Francisco papers, is an example of. American exuberance, as the value of the estate is not one-fifth of that amount.
