H.AI.S. destroyer Bruce is believed to he responsible for the saving of the passengers and the crew of the {British coaster TvAvangse of the Butterfield Shire Steamship Coy., which struck a submerged rock in the vicinity of Amoy in a gale yesterday. The Kwangse is a vessel of tAvo thousand tons. It is believed it cannot be salvaged.
