(Received this day at 9. a.m.) \ PARIS, Oct. 18. A roadside mystery murder lias occurred near Moutiers, recall n.g the Maestorino tragedy, cabled on 15th. March. A partly charred body of a man named Lazier, aged twenty-five, was found, his hand clutching a tuft of hair. Nearby, neatly folded, was a pile of clothing and a parafin bottle. There were also numerous footprints. There were no signs of wounds or strangulation on the body. A stone-breaker saw thereabouts at midnight, a strange light like a large waving torch.
