INDIA COMMISSION. LEAVING ENGLAND THIS WEEK. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 23. Sir John Simon and his colleagues on the Statutory Commission on india'n reform will leave London on Thursday for their second tour in India, the first of which took place in February and March. This was 1 the preliminary exploration of the ground and no formal sittings were held for the record of evidence’
For the purposes of this final tour the Commissioners will be absent from England for about seven months, and when they return at the end of April all material for the formulation of their conclusions will have been collected.
