R U SSI AN ED UCATION. - TEACHING OF AVAR. (United Press Association—By .Electric Telegraph—Copy r i ght). LONDON, Sept. 21. The “Times” Riga correspondent sayls the Education. Depprtment at Aloseow has planned systematic military preparation of schools going youth including in curriculum middle schools and universities, a theoretical practical study of modern warfare and engaging officers of the Red Army for regular war work schools, each of which are organising a special military room, and forming military groups of the most apt pupils. The Soviet is maintaining military enthusiasm in the people which was roused during the recent manoeuvres, bv special agitation. Waggons, decorated with war pictures and watchwords are peranihulai in • districts attracting the people, by hands, dances and film displays.
