PLOT IN SPAIN. Australian Press Assn.—United Service LONDON, Sept. 12. The Daily Express correspondent states: Telegrams from Madrid are censored severely. More than three thousand prominent people have been arrested in Spain during the . last two days for plotting to overthrow Director De Rivera. The Government arc now in control of the situation, but the country is most nervous.
