Convicted and ordered to pay costs 10s. Same v. J. ,1. Mclntosh, Jr. charged witli supplying liquor (luring prohibited hours (Red Lion Hotel). Defendant pleaded guilty, and after hearing his explanation he was fined 5s and costs 10s.
Two residents found after hours without extu.se on Dunedin Hotel were convicted and ordered to pay costs 10s each.
Two prohibited persons charged with having procured liquor, were convicted and lined 10s and costs lCs. DEFENDED CASES. Three young men charged with being 1 unlawfully on Railway Hotel after hours pleaded not" guilty. Sergt. King gave evidence, and also the tK fondants.
