The Committee appointed to cou•sidcr the Summer Timo -Bill reported that the Bill bo not- allowed to proceed, hut that the Government be recommended to bring down a Bill this session uniformly advancing standard, time, by half an hour commencing from 16th October to the

second Sunday in March. The report was adopted, without division, and the House rose at 1.9 a.m. till 2.3!) p.m.
