Schneider, tho young interstate cricketer, who visited Now Zealand with the last Australian team. BLAST FURNACE EXPLODES. (Received this day at 8 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 7. The blast furnace at Port Kemlila steel works, at Port Kemlila, exploded injuring twenty-three workmen; three seriously.
