Australian Press Assn.—United Service MR KELLOGG DEPARTS. PARTS, Aug. 30. Accompanied by President Cosgrave of the Irish Free State Mr Kellogg (United States Secretary) lias departed from Havre in the U.S.A. Cruiser ‘Detroit” taking with him the precious Anti-War Pact.
Mr Kellogg has wirelessed M. lirinnd an appreciation of his delightfd visit to Paris, adding: I feel sure that the work accomplished will mark a new epoch in international relations.”
VARIOUS STATES’ ADHERENCE WASHINGTON. Aug. 29 The State Department has received a formal notice of adherence by Peru and Liberia to the Outlawry of War Treaty. Santo Domingo is added to those who signified their intention of adherence. PARIS, Aug. 30. The following Governments have notified their intention of adhering to the Anti-War Pact: Roumania, Bolivia, Liberia, Cuba, Peru, Jugo-slavia, Denmark, Austria. Greece and Turkey.
