PARLIAMENT
(By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) THE HOUSE. AA’ELLINGTON, August IS. The House of Representatives devoted the whole day to the debate on the Budget in the hope that it would be concluded. The speakers were—Alessrs E. P. Lee (Oamaru), Martin, Hockly, Forsyth, AA’alter, Smith, Nash, Dickie, and Potter. As there were still others anxious to speak, the debate was adjourned and at 11.15 p.m. the House rose till 2.30 on AA’ednesday.
