ENGLISH LEAGUE TEAM. (By Telegraph—Per pTess Association.) AUCKLAND, July SO. After a successful tour of Australia the English Rugby League team arrived by the Aorangi for tlio Dominion tour (including three tests) opening at Tampiri on Wednesday. Manager E. Osborne, who came out with the previous side said there was a wonderful enthusiasm shown m Australia, where the gates were a record. The Englishmen won the test rubber and were anxious to avenge their defeat by New Zealand in 1924. Captain Jonathan Parker, who is making the third trip to this country, will probably be out of action for the tour pwing to an injured hand.
