Veal —A small yarding with a keen demand for late rates. Fat Sheep.—A fair yarding. The salo was irregular. In some cases there was an advance of Is 6d on last week’s rates. Best wethers made 42s Gil to 50s; medium 37s to 425, export 34s to 36s 6(1, light down to 295; best ewes 34s Cil. to 45; medium 29s to 345, light down to 225. Fat Lambs.—24o were yarded, and prices were up to recent rates. The best realised 35s to 41s, medium 33s to 365, light 26s to 30s. pigs There was a large entry or porkers and baconers, with a good demand, and a rising tendency. Light bacon made £3 6s to £3 15s, medium £3 los to £4 ss, heavy £4 7s to £5 10s; pork: Light 32s to 375, medium 38s to 465, heavy 47s to 655. Stores at late rates.
