(By Telegraph—-Per Press Association.) AVELLINGTON, July 25. THE HOUSE. The House met at 2.30 p.m. The London New Zealand Bank Ltd. Bill was read a second time and referred to a committee of selection. By Governor’s message the Auctioneers’ Bill and the Divorce Bill were introduced and read a first time. The Alinister of Customs laid on the table notes on the commercial agreement with Japan under which New Zealand butter would he admitted to Japan at $d per pound less duty. At the evening sitting, the debate on tlie Alentnl Defectives Bill was continued, the bill being read a second time and referred to the Public Health Committee. The House rose at 11.30 p.m. till 2.30 p.m.
