Keeping Young

Why do some people retain their youth physically, intellectually and morally far longer than others? It is more than likely a matter of heredity and temperament, and certainly youthfulness of spirit and alertness of mind often accompany great gifts of intellect. Not that those, of conspicuous vitality and intellectual vigour are necessarily geniuses, hut it is probable that they have never lacked some stimulus, such as that of a great love, or interests that call forth all their energy, whatever the channels to which it may direct them.
