HOKITIKA POULTRY SHOW

There is a very fine display of birds. The White Leghorn Classes are specially well-filled, while much interest was shown in the Champion Rhode Island Red cock, a winner throughout Australasia. The weather yestoiday interfered with the attendance but the day being fine a large attendance is looked for this afternoon and evening. The management of the show was excellent and the birds arc displayed to advantage, nothing being left undone for the care and attention of the birds and public alike.
