ARAHURA FAT STOCK SALE.
W. JEFFRIES AND CO.’S REPORT. The weather conditions at the above yards yesterday were decidedly wintry, which had the double effect of militating against the attendance l and also the appearance of the cattle. The quality of the yarding was excellent, some very fine heifers being yarded by ->.essrs Scott and Gibb Bros. Prices were much on a par with recent sales. Messrs \V. Jeffries and and Co. sold as follows: On account of J. Gibb, 2 bullocks at £ll 10s; 1 heifer at £ll, 1 at £lO 7s 6d, 2 at £9 17s 6d, 2 at £9 2s 6d. On account Walter Scott, 4 heifers at £ll, 1 at £lO 12s 6d, 1 at £lO 2s 6d, 4 at £lO, 3 at £9 12s 6d, 3 at £9 10s, 3 at £9, 1 cow at £8 12s 6d, 2 bullocks at £l2 5s 2 at £ll ss. On account of E. A. Gibb, 1 bullock at £l2 7s 6d, 2 at £l2, 4 at £ll, 2 at £lO 17s 6d, 1 heifer at £lO, 2 at £9 17s 6d, 2 at £9 12s 6d, 2 at £9 10s, 2 at £9.**
