CAR ACCIDENT.
FORMER. HOKITIKA LAD INJUR Ell NELSON, June 11. As a result of a motor car driven by Cyril Nicholl striking a telegraph pole, a young man, John Ilowat, an occupant of the car, sustained grave internal injuries. It is stated the driver was dazzled by the lights ol an approaching car. [The young man is the eldest son ol Mr John Ilowat. a former well-known carrier of Hokitika. |
