RUGBY LEAGUE. Australian Press Assn.—United Service LONDON, June 8. The Rugby League rejected by eighteen votes to twelve the Australian proposal providing For a drop-out from the 'goal line, instead of from the twenty-five yards line, as at present when a defending team touches down.
